RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a Legal Associate for their GST practice in Noida.
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 3-5 years
Qualification: LLB
Requirements: LLM
Location: Noida Sector - 18
The role involves
Managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals and writ petitions under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues.
Handle a team of 2-4 associates.
Travelling across India for client litigation before various forums (departmental authorities/Tribunal/High Courts)
Being flexible and available for working on weekends depending on
urgent work requirement
Coordination, communication and planning across in house and outsourced attorneys who are handling the matter.
Preparation of briefs for Senior Advocates
Assisting the client in responding to the department during the course of enquiry, investigation, search and audits.
Executing work on a multiple client base.
Assuming independent responsibility especially for smaller clients.
Develop rapport with client's legal, tax, and finance team.
Identifying new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to senior.
Networking internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact the clients.
Staying abreast with the latest development in GST law.
Having a basic to advanced knowledge of Excel (V lookup, H lookup, Pivot tables, reconciliation).
Remuneration: ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum.
