RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd is looking to hire a Legal Associate for their GST practice in Noida.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 3-5 years

Qualification: LLB

Requirements: LLM

Location: Noida Sector - 18

Job Description

The role involves

  • Managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals and writ petitions under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues.

  • Handle a team of 2-4 associates.

  • Travelling across India for client litigation before various forums (departmental authorities/Tribunal/High Courts)

  • Being flexible and available for working on weekends depending on

    urgent work requirement

  • Coordination, communication and planning across in house and outsourced attorneys who are handling the matter.

  • Preparation of briefs for Senior Advocates

  • Assisting the client in responding to the department during the course of enquiry, investigation, search and audits.

  • Executing work on a multiple client base.

  • Assuming independent responsibility especially for smaller clients.

  • Develop rapport with client's legal, tax, and finance team.

  • Identifying new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to senior.

  • Networking internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact the clients.

  • Staying abreast with the latest development in GST law.

  • Having a basic to advanced knowledge of Excel (V lookup, H lookup, Pivot tables, reconciliation).

Remuneration: ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum.
