RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire Associates (Criminal Laws) in Noida.
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 2-5 years
Qualification: LL.B. & LL.M.
Location: Noida - Sector 18
Independently handle and assist in criminal litigation matters before Trial Courts and High Courts.
Draft, file, and appear in regular bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, and bail cancellation applications.
Prepare and prosecute petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) / Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC).
Handle criminal appeals, criminal revision petitions, and criminal transfer applications.
Draft and argue Criminal Writ Petitions (WPCRL) under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
Handle and conduct criminal trials before Magistrate Courts across India, with a particular focus on matters arising in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
Conduct legal research, prepare briefs and written submissions, and assist Senior Advocates during hearings.
Coordinate with clients, investigating agencies, and court officials to ensure effective case management.
Stay abreast of developments in criminal law, procedure, and judicial precedents.

Remuneration: ₹6 to ₹8 lakhs per annum.
