RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire a CA (GST) Associate in Noida.
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 3 years
Qualification: CA completed
Location: Noida
Looking for GST Associate CA candidates to handle GST audits, assessment, refunds, advisory and litigation matters.
The role involves managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues.
Be flexible and available for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirement
Stays abreast with the latest development in GST law
Sound knowledge of GST tax particularly audits, assessment, refunds and similar provisions.
Audit Management: Lead and manage internal and external (by the department under section 65/66) audits, working closely with auditors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.
Assessment Management: Lead and manage assessment proceedings done by GST department under section 61/62/63/64 as the case may be
Refund Filing: well versed with preparation of different types of refunds under section 54 such as export/inverted duty structure etc.
Assistance in search matters
Must be able to assist the client in preparation of various workings and reconciliation during the course of inspection and search done by the department
Strong calculative and Advance Excel Skills (Like: V- Lookup, H- Lookup, Average Etc.)
Should have a strong knowledge of GSTR-1/3B/9 & 9C.
Should be familiar with and have a working knowledge of GST Portal.
Should be comfortable for Outstation for work purposes.

Remuneration: ₹12 lakhs per annum.
