RB Law Corp Pvt Ltd. is looking to hire a Senior Associate (GST) in Noida.
Number of Positions: 1 (One)
PQE: 3 years
Qualification: LL.B., LL.M.
Location: Noida - Sector 18
Job responsibilities:
The role involves managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals and writ petitions under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues.
Handling a team of 2-4 associates.
Open to travel across India for client litigation before various forums (departmental authorities/Tribunal/High Courts).
Flexible and available for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirement.
Coordination, communication and planning across in house and outsourced attorneys who are handling the matter.
Preparing briefs for Senior Advocates.
Assisting the client in responding to the department during the course of enquiry, investigation, search and audits.
Executing work on a multiple client base. Assuming independent responsibility specially for smaller clients.
Developing rapport with client legal, tax and finance team
Identifying new opportunities for existing clients and communicates to senior.
Networking internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact the clients
Staying abreast with the latest development in GST law
Basic to advanced knowledge of Excel (V lookup, H lookup, Pivot tables, reconciliation)

Strong Analytical and researching skills
Proactive, reliable and with an attention to details
Remuneration: ₹8 to ₹10 lakhs per annum.
