Number of Positions: 3 (Three)
PQE:
Senior Associate (5-6 years) Gen Corp
Senior Associate (5-6 years) Litigation Team
Associate (2-3) years litigation
Location: New Delhi
Senior associate: Litigation (5–6 Years)
Role: Handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters across courts and tribunals, working closely with partners on strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities
Appear before Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, and tribunals
Draft pleadings, appeals and filings
Develop litigation strategy and brief senior counsel
Manage matters end-to-end and mentor juniors
Requirements
5–6 years PQE in litigation
Strong drafting and court exposure (Delhi High Court preferred)
Ability to independently handle high-value matters
Associate: Litigation (2–3 Years)
Role: Support the litigation team in handling commercial disputes with strong exposure to court practice and drafting.
Key responsibilities
Draft petitions, replies, and applications
Conduct legal research and prepare briefs
Attend court proceedings and assist in filings
Support arbitration and client coordination
Requirements
2–3 years PQE in litigation
Good drafting and research skills
Familiarity with court procedures
Senior associate: Corporate (5–6 Years)
Role: Advise on corporate transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters and general corporate advisory.
Key responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
Lead due diligence and prepare reports
Manage transactions and client relationships
Requirements
5–6 years PQE in corporate law
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to independently handle deals
