SHS Chambers, Advocates is looking to hire Advocates in Mumbai.
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)
PQE: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: LL.B.
Location: Mumbai
Litigation candidates with following requirements:
Handle a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters with substantial responsibility, ownership and minimal supervision.
Draft, settle and review pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents.
Undertake legal research and assist in formulating litigation strategy across diverse areas of practice.
Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience.
Coordinate with clients, instructing advocates and counsel to ensure effective conduct of matters.
Manage matters efficiently while working collaboratively with the wider litigation team.
Remuneration: ₹30 to ₹36 Lakhs per annum.
