Job Description
Associate / Senior Associate with a minimum qualification of LL.B.
Candidates should preferably have knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and experience in handling matters before the NCLT and NCLAT.
The role involves drafting pleadings and appeals, conducting legal research, assisting in arguments, and managing matters effectively.
For senior positions, the ability to independently handle matters, appear before tribunals, and manage client coordination will be preferred.
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills are essential.
Remuneration: ₹ 3 -6 Lakhs per annum.
