3 NLU Jodhpur students dead, several injured in bus accident

As per reports, the students were returning from a sports fest at RGNUL Punjab.

Three students reportedly lost their lives and several others were injured after a sleeper bus carrying students from National Law University, Jodhpur overturned in Rajasthan's Nagaur early Tuesday morning.

As per reports, the students were returning from a sports fest at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab.

“Four students, who were seriously injured, were referred to Jodhpur while the others who had non-threatening injuries were given first aid and sent to Jodhpur in a government bus. There were about 20 students on the bus (that met with the accident),” Nagaur’s Surpaliya police station house officer Siya Ram told media.

Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari expressed her condolences on X, addressing the unfortunate incident.
