Advaita Legal promotes ex-Trilegal, Luthra lawyer Shailendra Singh

Advaita Legal has promoted Shailendra Singh to ‘Principal’ in its Infrastructure and Projects practice.

Shailendra, a 2002 graduate from CLC Delhi, had joined Advaita in July 2014 following stints at  Trilegal and Luthra & Luthra.

Advaita’s founding partner Sujit Ghosh commenting on the promotion said,

“In the last one and-a-half year since Shailendra joined, we have made steady progress in the Infrastructure and Projects space acting on transactions in sub-sectors as varied as airports, electricity, ports, mining, smart cities, railways and continue to augment our capabilities and footprints.”

With Shailendra’s elevation, the firm now has three Senior Principals and four Principals across the four practice areas of Corporate Taxes, Indirect Taxes, M&A/Corporate and Infrastructure & Projects.
