Seth Dua & Associates has hired former Advani & Co. partner, Kshitij Sancheti as a partner in its Mumbai office.

The firm will also move to larger offices in Nariman Point, Mumbai with effect from this month.

Commenting on the development, the Founders & Senior Partners of Seth Dua & Associates, Mr. Sunil Seth and Mr. Atul Dua, said in a press release,

“This is part of our Pan India growth strategy and to boost our local presence in Mumbai. This will provide further support to our clients…We were increasingly feeling the need to have a larger team and Kshitij Sancheti’s experience in handling corporate and commercial matters will strengthen our existing practice in the west”.

Kshitij, a graduate of ILS Pune said that he was looking forward to grow Seth Dua’s corporate practice in Mumbai, and “expand it to the next level”.
