Agarwal Law Associates makes 3 Associate Partners

Agarwal Law Associates (ALA) has promoted three of its lawyers, including one woman lawyer, to Associate Partner level.

The firm has promoted Neeha Nagpal, Ankur Saigal, and Rajeev Kumar.

The other Partners at the firm are EC Agrawala, Mahesh Agarwal, Rishi Agrawala and Shally Bhasin.

Neeha, who joined ALA in 2009, is a graduate of the University of Warwick. She focuses on the corporate-criminal practice and has represented the Essar Group in the 2G trial. She is also focusing on bank fraud cases, International Arbitration, Insolvency Law, and Electricity Law.

Ankur joined ALA in 2012 after working with Ms. Bina Gupta. He is a 2006  graduate and primarily focuses on Supreme Court practice.

Rajeev is a 2001 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He joined ALA in 2004. Rajeev handles matters at NCLT and NCLAT. He mainly focuses on company law and IBC.
