Alpha Partners merges with Seth Dua & Associates; Akshat Pande to head SDA Noida office

Delhi-based law firm Alpha Partners has merged its practice with Seth Dua & Associates (SDA). Akshat Pande, Founder Partner of Alpha Partners, will now head the SDA Noida office along with his 10 member team.

In a press release, SDA Founder and Senior Partner Sunil Seth commented,

“Akshat and his team joining SDA is an important development for us and the professional credentials in the respective practice areas will further strengthen our capabilities especially in the National Capital Region (NCR) area.”

With the joining of Akshat Pande, SDA will now have 12 partners. In February this year, SDA had hired former Advani & Co. partner Kshitij Sancheti as a partner in its Mumbai office.

Last year, Alpha Partners had set up a new office at Bangalore, with a view to provide legal assistance to startups and investors in the city.
