Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate, Ajay Joseph resigned last month to join Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. Joseph will be joining L&S as a Corporate Partner at the firm’s Mumbai office.

Joseph had joined Amarchand in 2012 as a Principal Associate and was part of the firm’s General Corporate practice.

Prior to joining Amarchachand, the Symbiosis graduate was working in Khaitan & Co’s Mumbai office. His main areas of expertise are private equity, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and investment funds. 

L&S recently opened an office in Geneva with its Joint Partner Atul Sharma relocating to the city.
