AMLEGALS, Orbit Law Services sign MoU for collaboration

Orbit Law Services was founded in 2014 by Ishtiaq Ali and Damodara Rao along with other partners. AMLEGALS was founded by Mr Anandaday Misshra in the year 2005.

Orbit Law Services and AMLEGALS have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to work together to expand their practice areas and jurisdictions.

The association came into effect from December 14, 2020.

A press release highlighting the development states,

"The joint working shall be also a big boost to the common practice areas in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Banking Laws, domestic & international Arbitration, Contract Laws, GST, Civil laws, etc.....This will result into building of a collective team of highly experienced and qualified lawyers so as to render services with more value proposition for the esteemed clients."

Orbit Law Services was founded in 2014 by Ishtiaq Ali and Damodara Rao along with other partners. AMLEGALS was founded by Mr Anandaday Misshra in the year 2005 as Mishra Associates. Subsequently, in 2012, it was renamed as AMLEGALS.
