[Exclusive]: Read the (three) sides of the coin: CAM’s petition, Dorothy’s e-mail + Shardul Shroff’s statement

Bar & Bench

Even as the Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas versus Dorothy Thomas dispute is nearing settlement, Bar & Bench brings you the three versions – the petition filed by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Dorothy’s email to Cyril Shroff and the Statement given by Shardul Shroff.

As first reported by Bar & Bench, the departure of CAM’s Chennai Partner, Dorothy Thomas earlier this month, is far from a routine shift. Arbitration has been initiated, a section 9 petition for urgent relief has been filed before the Bombay High Court, and counter allegations are being lobbied at a pace that is to be seen to be believed.

To better understand the chain of events, here are three documents which Bar & Bench has managed to access.

1.Document One: The S.9 petition filed by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the Bombay High Court including Whatsapp transcripts (on pages 15-19)
