AZB Mumbai Corporate Partner Dhruv Singhal resigns

AZB & Partners’ Mumbai Partner Dhruv Singhal is leaving the firm to explore other opportunities.

Confirming the development, AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody said,

“He is moving on. And we wish him all the best.”

Dhruv Singhal had joined AZB & Partners in 2016 as part of Ashwath Rau’s team. He was a Partner Designate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas before moving to AZB.

Dhruv is a 2007 graduate of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

His areas of expertise include cross-border M&A and Private Equity. He has extensive experience in advising on M&A and Private Equity transactions in the Infrastructure, Cement, E-Commerce and Healthcare sectors.
