AZB Partners of 2016 to include Cyril Amarchand’s Shyamali Singh

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associates Shyamali Singh and Harsh Maggon, who had earlier this year resigned from the firm have joined AZB & Partners in Mumbai. As per our sources, Shyamali Singh has joined as a Partner while Harsh has joined as a Counsel at AZB’s Mumbai office.

AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody was not available for comment at the time of publishing the story.

A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Shyamali initially worked at Desai & Diwanji before moving to Trilegal in 2006. She joined joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2008 where she was part of the corporate team

Harsh is a graduate of Symbiosis Law School, having worked at ELP and DSK

Legal before joining Amarchand Mangaldas in 2012.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas yesterday promoted eight of its lawyers to Salaried Partnership. As for AZB & Partners, the firm is yet to officially announce its promotions.
