AZB & Partners is starting Transaction Support Group practice with former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas TSG Head Ami Parikh. Ami would be joining the firm as a Partner

Confirming the news, AZB Managing Partner Zia Mody said,

“AZB is kicking off its TSG practise with Ami at its helm. I am personally convinced it will add significantly to the value proposition we deliver to our clients. We are looking forward to seeing this grow well. We welcome Ami as our partner.”

Parikh left Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in January this year after spending over 10 years at the firm. She was heading the firm’s TSG practice.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, Ami Parikh, said, “I am very excited about the opportunity to build the TSG Practice with AZB. I believe this practice will be a significant value add to the firm.”

A graduate of Government Law College Mumbai, Parikh has previously worked at Hariani and Company, DSK Legal and Malvi Ranchosddas & Co.
