Bar & Bench is looking for a Social Media Manager to assist in expanding our online reach.

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, as well as traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

  • Execute content tailored to each platform while maintaining consistency with the brand's tone and voice.

  • Manage the social media editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.

  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news and conversations related to the legal industry and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Understanding of the legal industry and staying informed about current legal affairs is a plus.
