BCI extends AIBE XVI registration deadline till June 15

The decision stems from the massive surge in COVID-19 cases throughout the country.

In view of the massive surge in COVID-19 cases throughout the country, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has resolved to extend the last date of registration for the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) XVI till June 15, 2021.

Last month, while declaring the results for AIBE XV, the BCI had notified that AIBE XVI had been postponed.

The date for registration of AIBE XVI had been extended till April 30 at the time. Further, the date on which the exam will be held would be notified later, the AIBE website said.

Prior to this, exam had been scheduled for April 25.
