Former Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Vidyut Gulati has resigned from Cairn India and joined Bharti Enterprises.

Vidyut has joined Bharti Airtel as Director, Legal and is directly reporting to Group General Counsel Mukesh Bhavnani.

Vidyut joined Cairn India as General Counsel in December 2015 after spending almost 10 years at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas.

Vidyut joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2006, prior to which she was working with Dua Associates. A graduate of Campus Law Centre, Vidyut worked in the Projects team and was made Partner at Amarchand in 2012.
