Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Capital Markets Partner Janhavi Seksaria joins AZB & Partners as a Partner in its Mumbai office.

Seksaria has over 12 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), rights offerings, and overseas listings.

She also holds extensive expertise in the establishment and listing of Business Trusts, InvITs, and REITs.
