Bangalore-based law firm Atman Law Partners has merged with HSA Advocates, effectively expanding the latter firm’s partnership.

Atman founder Chinmay Mirji joins the HSA partnership collegium effective today. He will be based out of HSA’s Bengaluru office. He joins HSA with his team of lawyers, including Senior Associate Sridevi Raghu, and two Associates – Vaishali Shah and Charitha V.

Atman and it’s managing partner Chinmay Mirji focus on the corporate, litigation and real estate practice in Bengaluru. Chinmay has over 13 years of professional experience.

Commenting on the merger, HSA Managing Partner Hemant Sahai said,

Atman Law Partners was set up in 2009 when Chennai-based Vivek Durai and Bangalore-based Chinmay J Mirji merged their individual practices. However, Durai left the firm in 2012.
