Clyde & Co’s Aviation Partner, ILS grad Sidanth Rajagopal joins Kaye Scholer in London

Sidanth Rajagopal, a Partner at Clyde & Co has resigned to join Kaye Scholer as a Partner in the firm’s London office.

Talking about his decision to move to Kaye Scholer, Sidanth said, “This was a fantastic opportunity to be part of a top rated Aviation Finance & Leasing Practice that is expanding its global reach.”

“Sid’s arrival is just the first in a strategic expansion in London of our top-ranked Aviation Finance & Leasing Practice as part of our longer-term goal to increase our aviation finance capabilities and offerings throughout the world,” said Henry Morriello, Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Finance Department.

Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, the ILS grad was working in the Dubai office of Clyde & Co as an Equity Partner where he was part of the Commercial Aviation Finance team. This was preceded by a stint at Clasis Law, a law firm he joined in 2011.

Sidhant has also worked at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, and Economic Laws Practice for almost a year each.

He is dual qualified to practice both in India, and England and Wales and has a significant experience in financing, leasing or purchasing of aircraft and engines for both the commercial and private jet markets.
