Collegium recommends 3 judicial officers for appointment as Karnataka High Court judges

The decision was taken at a meeting held by the Collegium on September 10.

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended appointment of three judicial officers as judges of the Karnataka High Court

The decision was taken at a meeting held by the Collegium on September 10. The judicial officers recommended for elevation are:

(i) Usharani;

(ii) KS Bharath Kumar; and

(iii) Nerale Veerabhadraiah Bhavani.

Karnataka High Court currently has 54 judges against its approved strength of 62.
