The Supreme Court Collegium has reiterated its earlier resolution recommending the transfer of Justice MN Bhandari from the Rajasthan High Court to the Allahabad High Court.

On consider the representations as well as the relevant factors, the Collegium has decided to reiterate its recommendation.

“On reconsideration, the Collegium is of the considered view that it is not possible to accede to his request.”
