Debasmita Gupta has joined the Himatsingka Group as the Group General Counsel.

Gupta is a 2004 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune.

Gupta has over two decades of experience as an in-house legal & compliance professional, managing diverse roles in global as well as Indian MNCs across multiple industries including retail, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, management consulting, analytics. She has previously worked at organisations such as IndusInd Bank, Accenture, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, IHS and Diageo.

Prior to joining the Himatsingka Group, Gupta was the Assistant VP - Group Legal & Corporate Affairs at Landmark Group for over 6 years.
