With over 39 years of experience, 30 with the SBI alone, Bagga will undoubtedly aid the firm in tapping the policy and regulations market.
Bagga was also an OSD with the Department of Economic Affairs under the Ministry of Finance. He was working in the areas of Capital Markets and Foreign Investment, in both Foreign Direct Investment Policy making and approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and Foreign Portfolio Investors Policy Framework.
At Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, he will provide advice and guidance on general policy and regulations, including assisting the firm in practice area development initiatives.
