[Exclusive]: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi Partner Manishi Pathak resigns

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Delhi Corporate Partner Manishi Pathak has resigned from the firm.

Confirming this development, Managing Partner Cyril Shroff, said,

Manishi is a fine gentleman and we wish him the best in future.”

Manishi Pathak was not available for comment at the time of publishing the news.

Manishi joined the firm in 2015 post-Amarchand Mangaldas split.

He specialises in employment law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and regulatory/compliance matters including general corporate law advisory matters.

Prior to joining CAM, Pathak was a senior partner at Kochhar & Co. He joined Kochhar in 2000 and headed the regulatory practice and was also in charge of the South-East Asia practice of the firm. He also co-chaired the employment law practice at Kochhar.

Recently, two more Partners – Kirat Singh Nagra and Rishi Anand have also resigned from the firm.
