Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas hires SAM’s Mukul Sharma as Partner in Delhi

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Principal Associate Mukul Sharma has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in Delhi. He will be part of the firm’s Corporate team.

On Mukul Sharma’s appointment Managing Partner, Cyril Shroff said,

“We welcome Mukul to the firm and are confident that he will add to the corporate offering at the Delhi office.”

Sharma is a 2008 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He started his career with AZB & Partners in Mumbai. He later moved to AZB’s Delhi office and eventually left in December 2011 to join Amarchand Mangaldas in Delhi.

Sharma has over 10 years of experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Securities Law and Corporate Advisory. 

On his appointment to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mukul Sharma said,

“I am very excited to join the Delhi office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. It is a privilege to become a part of this institution. I look forward to contributing positively to the Firm and continuing the high standards of excellence and client focus set by Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.”

Earlier this year Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Equity Partner Akila Agrawal had left the firm to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Delhi. She is joining the firm in August.

Mukul Sharma is also part of Akila Agrawal’s team.
