Cyril Amarchand Capital Markets Partner Nikhil Naredi resigns

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ Mumbai Capital Markets Partner Nikhil Naredi has resigned from the firm.

It is understood that Naredi has resigned for personal reasons.

Cyril Amarchand Managing Partner Cyril Shroff confirmed his departure and said that Naredi will be on gardening leave till October.

Naredi joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in May 2015. A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Naredi started his career with the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2004. He also holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School.

In 2009, he moved to Jones Day, where he had been primarily focusing on the firm’s capital markets practice.
