Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Mumbai Banking and Debt Capital Partner

Niloufer Lam has resigned from the firm.

Confirming her decision to resign, Managing Partner Cyril Shroff, commented,

“We wish her well in future.”

Niloufer had joined Amarchand Mangaldas in 2010. Prior to that, she was working at Bank of America Merrill as Senior Advisor.

She had previously worked at Morgan Stanley in London, and before that, at Linklaters for almost 10 years. A graduate of London School of Economics, Niloufer is dual qualified to practice both in India and England.

At this point, it is not clear if Niloufer will be joining another law firm.
