The Delhi High Court has revised its policy on issuing entry passes and ID cards to law students interning with advocates.
According to a circular issued by the Court on August 24, only final year students of the 3-year LLB course and fourth and fifth year students of the 5-year integrated LLB will be allowed entry inside court premises.
Entry passes will be issued only to them henceforth.
Following documents will have to be furnished by the law students for issuance of ID cards:
· Recommendation letter from the concerned lawyer along with his enrolment number;
· Photocopy of Bar ID of the advocate;
· Photocopy of Aadhaar card of the intern;
· Photocopy of college ID card of the intern;
· Stamp size photographs of the intern (2 copies).
