Dhruv Singhal has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in the Corporate Practice after resigning from AZB & Partners.

Dhruv has extensive experience in public M&A and listed company work. He has advised clients in various sectors like Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance, Infrastructure, Cement, Manufacturing & many more.

Welcoming Dhruv on board, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner Cyril Shroff, said,

“I am pleased Dhruv finally saw the light and returned home where he belongs. He will add value to the firm.”

Dhruv is a 2007 National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore graduate and is based out of Mumbai.

Taking his role, Dhruv Singhal  said,

Dhruv had joined Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai office in July 2007. He was with the firm till May 2016 and thereafter had joined AZB & Partners as part of Ashwath Rau’s team.
