Shiva Nagesh, the head of indirect tax at the DLF group has joined Delhi-based Nitya Tax Associates as a Partner.

As per the firm’s press release, Nagesh has also worked at a number of corporates including GMR, Enfield, and Barco.

Nitya Tax Associates was set up Puneet Bansal in June last year. Bansal, a former Partner at BMR & Associates, had also spent nine years at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan where he worked in the litigation and advisory practice.
