DMD promotes Tushar Jarwal to partnership

DMD Advocates has promoted Principal Associate Tushar Jarwal to partnership in the firm’s Tax Group. This takes the total number of Partners at the firm to seven across Delhi and Mumbai.

The firm’s Senior Partners Anuradha Dutt, Fereshte Sethna, Vijayalakshmi Menon, and Rashi Dhir along with Pawan Sharma and Ekta Kapil focus on four-core areas of its practice – Litigation and Arbitration, Corporate, Taxation (Direct and Indirect) and Intellectual Property.

Speaking on the promotion, Anuradha Dutt, the Managing Partner of the Delhi Office, said,

“I am excited and proud to welcome Tushar to the Partnership.  Our clients demand the very best advice and service, raising the bar very high for partnership at DMD Advocates. I am certain that he will continue to contribute to the growth of the firm.”

Tushar has over 10 years of experience in direct and indirect taxes. He is a graduate of Delhi University.

The firm has recently added Harish Kumar, a lawyer with over 14 years to the Corporate Practice.

Additionally, the firm has also hired 7 Associates – 3 in Corporate, 2 in Litigation and 2 in Tax Practice respectively. With all these additions, the Firm has strength of 60 lawyers.
