[Exclusive] DSK gets 3 new Associate Partners, no Partner promotions this year

DSK Legal has promoted three of its Managers – Hemang Parekh, Pragya Dhamija and Chandrima Mitra to Associate Partner level.

Confirming these promotions, DSK Legal Managing Partner Anand Desai also said that this year the firm has not made any partners.

Chandrima joined DSK about 2 years ago prior to which she was working at UTV Motion Pictures as Vice President – Legal. She focuses on the firm’s Media and Entertainment practice. She has previously worked at Nishith Desai Associates.

Both Hemang and Pragya are part of the firm’s corporate practice group. Prior to joining DSK in 2010, Hemang was working at Desai & Diwanji. He graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai and started his career at Shiralkar & Co, where he worked till 2007

Pragya was working at Amarchand Mangaldas before joining DSK Legal.

With these promotions, the firm now has six Associate Partners and 11 Partners.
