DSK Legal Partner and Head of Employment Practice Maneesh Upadhyay has joined J. Sagar Associates in Mumbai.

Maneesh specialises in both advisory and transactional aspect of the employment practice. He also advises a number of international clients on the India entry/exit strategy, foreign investment issues, corporate restructuring, mergers and demergers.

Maneesh is a 2004 graduate of the University of Mumbai. He has spent a decade at DSK Legal. He joined DSK Legal in December 2008 and was made Partner in April 2016.
