DSK Legal promotes 3 to Associate Partnership in Mumbai office

DSK Legal has promoted Munaf Virjee, Sagar Kadam and Maneesh Upadhyay as Associate Partners in its Mumbai office. The promotions are effective from April 1, 2013.

Munaf Virjee focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He has been working with the firm since 2004. He is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai. In 2007, he left the firm to pursue LL.M. from King’s College London after which he worked with a QC in Essex Court Chambers for three months before moving back to India to rejoin DSK Legal.

Sagar Kadam is qualified as a solicitor of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He joined DSK Legal in 2007 and specializes in Real Estate matters.

Maneesh Upadhyay joined DSK Legal in 2008 prior to which he was working with BMR & Associates. His areas of practice include corporate/ mergers & acquisitions and employment.

DSK Legal has 14 partners across its offices, with 10 in Mumbai, 3 in Delhi and 1 in Bangalore, and with this round of promotions 3 Associate Partners in Mumbai.
