Chitranshul Sinha focuses on Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Litigation and Advisory, IPR Litigation, Mining Law Litigation and Advisory, and General Civil Dispute Resolution. He is a 2009 graduate of Symbiosis Law School. He is also Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India.
Kapil Mahajan is a 2011 graduate of CCS University, Meerut. He focuses on corporate advisory, compliance management, fundraising in primary market, listing of securities, and advising on compliances related to the primary and secondary market. Prior to joining Dua Associates, he worked as a Compliance Officer in Sonear Industries Limited, and as a Company Secretary in Spice Group before that.
Janini Somiah is part of the firm’s corporate team. She is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pune and also holds an LL.M. from King’s College, London.
