ELP hires Desai Diwanji’s Shyam Pandya as Associate Partner

Shyam Pandya, who has left Desai & Diwanji, has joined Economic Laws Practice as Associate Partner.

He will be part of the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Private Equity & Venture Capital team in Mumbai.

Managing Partner of ELP, Suhail Nathani said,

“We welcome Shyam to ELP.  With clients increasingly building large in house legal teams, they rely on ELP for complex and cutting edge legal advise.  Shyam’s legal skills and understanding of commercial issues will certainly enhance our offering to our clients.”

A graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, Pandya joined Desai Diwanji in 2004. He has left the firm after 13 years to join ELP.

With this addition, ELP now has 33 Partner/Associate Partner.
