ELP hires Hariani’s Dinesh Pednekar in Mumbai

Economic Laws Practice has hired Hariani & Co’s lawyer Dinesh Pednekar, as an Associate Partner to boost the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Dinesh is a graduate of University of Mumbai. He started his career with Gagrat & Co. He has previously worked at Advani & Co. and PDS Legal before joining Hariani & Co. in June 2012.

Last year in December, Head of TMP Practice and Partner Jyoti Pawar, who joined the firm in Delhi from Bharti Airtel in 2014, has resigned to set up her own firm.

In March this year, the firm also saw the exit of Partner Vinayak Burman, Associate Partner Amit Vyas and Senior Associate Archana Khosla, who left to set up their own firm as reported by Legally India.
