Juris Corp has hired Jeet Sen Gupta as a Partner in Mumbai, confirmed Managing Partner H Jayesh. This will take the total number of partners at the firm to 8.

Jeet will focus on the firm’s strategic financing practice. Jayesh commented,

“As a firm, we are implementing growth drivers and as part of that strategy, Jeet has joined us and will help us take the firm to the next level.”

Prior to joining Juris Corp, he was working at Economic Laws Practice as a Banking & Finance Partner. He resigned from ELP in April this year.

A graduate of Symbiosis Law Society, Jeet started his career at ELP. He worked at ELP for seven years, after which he moved to Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was part of the Banking & Finance group. In 2009, he rejoined ELP as an Associate Partner and was made Partner three years later.

Juris Corp had recently promoted Shan Bottlewala and Durgesh Khanapurkar to partnership at the firm.
