Ex-AMSS Delhi PA, Mekhla Anand to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas

Mekhla Anand, a Principal Associate at Amarchand Mangaldas, will be joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Indirect Tax Partner. The shift, to take place in August, has been confirmed Cyril Shroff.
Anand, a graduate of NLSIU Bangalore, had resigned from Amarchand Mangaldas in April this year after close to 8 years at the firm. Before joining AMSS, Anand had worked at PwC’s Delhi office.
Anand is not the only high-level shift from Shardul to Cyril’s firm, with Ranjan Negi bringing his entire team to Cyril Amarchand’s Delhi office.  Aarti Joshi, who also used to be a PA in AMSS Delhi, has also shifted to Cyril Amarchand’s Delhi office, where she will be Corporate and Capital Markets Partner. Lastly, Biswajit Dubey, another PA, has shifted to Cyril Amarchand, where he is a Partner Designate.
