Ex-JSA Equity Partner Abeezar E. Faizullabhoy joins HSA Advocates in Mumbai

Abeezar E. Faizullabhoy, who was working with Aditya Resources DMCC, a Dubai based investor group has recently resigned to join HSA Advocates as an Equity Partner in its Mumbai office.

Abeezar was working as Group CEO at Aditya Resources and was responsible for development of a mega power project in India and other offshore acquisitions and investments.

Prior to joining Aditya Resources, he was an Equity Partner at J. Sagar Associates. He worked at JSA for almost 12 years before resigning in April 2013.

He is a graduate of University of Mumbai and a Solicitor from Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Abeezar, who started his career with Mulla & Mulla in 1990, has over 24 years of legal and corporate experience and his practice areas include infrastructure & regulatory practice, corporate commercial, litigation and alternate dispute resolution.

He was not available for comment at the time of publishing the story.

With Abeezar’s joining, HSA now has a team of 14 partners and associate partners across all offices.
