Ex-Luthra, Agram Legal Consultants’ Sudipta Routh joins Samvad Partners

Agram Legal Consultants’ Partner Sudipta Routh has left the firm to join

Samvad Partners in Mumbai.

Sudipta has two decades of experience in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance; and Debt Capital Markets.

The NLSIU graduate (Class of ’96) initially worked at ICI India (now part of AkzoNobel NV). In 2001, he joined Trilegal where he worked for almost five years before moving to London to pursue his Masters in Law from Queen Mary University, London. Later, he moved back to join Luthra & Luthra.

In May 2015, he left Luthra to join Vaishali Sharma’s Agram Legal Consultants.
