[Exclusive]: CAM Delhi Head Percival Billimoria to leave firm for counsel practice

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partner and Head of the Delhi practice Percival Billimoria is leaving the firm for counsel practice, according to authoritative sources.

Billimoria, who is the Chair of the Disputes, Regulatory, Advocacy and Policy at Cyril Amarchand, planned to exit in line with the prior understanding that he would leave the firm in two years.

It is understood that Billimoria will be starting his chamber in August.

In June 2016, Billimoria had left AZB & Partners to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He joined the firm as Head – Delhi and Chair of the Disputes, Regulatory Advocacy and Policy practice of the firm.

He joined AZB & Partners in 2000. His expertise includes commercial litigation, with special focus on antitrust, white collar crime and direct tax.
