[Exclusive]: Legasis Partners’ Nishad Nadkarni to join Khaitan & Co

Nishad Nadkarni, who has recently resigned from Legasis Partners, will be joining Khaitan & Co in Mumbai as an Associate Partner.

Nishad will join the firm’s IPR team confirmed Khaitan’s Executive Director Amar Sinhji and said,

“As part of our growth strategy to strengthen our IP practice, we are very pleased to welcome Nishad to the firm”.

A graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Nishad initially worked at Singhania & Co after which he moved to AZB & Partners. He worked at AZB for almost 3 years after which he joined DSK Legal in 2005 before finally joining Legasis Partners in 2009.

Nishad is not the only one to be joining Khaitan & Co; the firm’s very own Associate Partner Abhishek Sinha is rejoining the firm after a short stint at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
