[Exclusive]: L&L Partner Alina Arora resigns

L&L Partner Alina Arora has recently resigned from the firm. It is understood that Alina is taking a career break.

Confirming this development, L&L Managing Partner Rajiv Luthra said,

“Our best wishes are with Alina”

Alina joined L&L Partners in 2001 and has been with the firm ever since. She specializes in anti-corruption advisory, white-collar crimes, M&A, and private equity.

On her decision to leave L&L, Alina said,

After 18 very exciting and rewarding years with L&L Partners I have decided to take a career break. It has been a great journey and I am taking with me very fond memories of my mentors, friends, colleagues and my team members ……all of whom have played a very significant role in my professional life.”

She recently led the L&L team in Radiant Life’s acquisition of Max Healthcare deal, where the L&L team acted for Life Healthcare.

Alina is a graduate of Delhi University and has an LL.M from the University of Warwick.

Recently, the firm also saw the exit of its Capital Markets Partner Manan Lahoty, who has now joined IndusLaw.
