[Exclusive]: Luthra’s Aparna Mittal to join AZB & Partners (Updated)

Aparna Mittal, who has resigned from Luthra & Luthra, is joining AZB &

Partners in Delhi, according to sources. It is understood that she will be joining AZB as a Partner next month.

Update: AZB Managing Partner commented, “We look forward to welcoming Aparna to the AZB family. Aparna will be a great addition to our already strong M&A and corporate practice.”

Luthra Senior Partner Mohit Saraf was not available for comment.

A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Mittal started her career with Luthra & Luthra in 2005, where she was part of the corporate practice group. In 2012, Mittal was made Partner.

This is the second partner level move from Luthra to AZB; Luthra’s Capital Markets Partner Madhurima Mukherjee had moved to AZB in 2014 .
